M&A Transactions

Cogenuity Partners, LLC, has acquired Interconnect Solutions Company, LLC, a portfolio company of Tide Rock Holdings and provider of complex high-performance cable assemblies, harnesses, custom overmolded solutions, and molded strain reliefs for commercial aerospace, defense, and other end markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Dallas Opportunity Partners has acquired B & S Aircraft Alloys Inc., a provider of high-performance metal alloys, precision raw materials, and value-added processing services for commercial aerospace, defense, and other end markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

GovCIO, LLC, a portfolio company of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, has acquired Soldierpoint Digital Health, LLC, a subsidiary of Iron Bow Technologies, LLC, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, and provider of digital health solutions for private sector and U.S. federal government healthcare markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

JAMCO Corporation, a portfolio company of Bain Capital, LLC, has acquired Aerospace Technologies Group, a provider of advanced window shade systems for small, mid-size, and large cabin business jets, as well as commercial aircraft like the Boeing 777-300ER, Airbus A380, and Airbus A350. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Sovereign Capital, a growth capital division of Cherokee Federal, a subsidiary of Cherokee Nation Businesses, LLC, has acquired a majority stake in Management Science and Innovation, LLC, a provider of digital consulting and transformation solutions for the U.S. federal government and the private sector. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Trive Capital Holdings, LLC, has acquired Hera Technologies, a provider of advanced thermal protection systems and integrated structures for commercial aerospace, defense, and space markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Trive Capital Holdings, LLC, has acquired M.S.M. Industries, a provider of advanced radar-absorbing materials, thermal control systems, and engineered composite structures for defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Valkyrie Enterprises, LLC, a portfolio company of DC Capital Partners, has acquired Optical Sciences Corporation, a provider of precision electro-optical and infrared (“EO/IR”) scene projector and test systems for commercial aerospace and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
