Bombardier Inc. (TSX: BBD.B) has agreed to acquire MHI Canada Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. (TYO: 7011), a provider of major structural assembly, wing-to-fuselage pre-fit, systems installation and testing, tooling, sustaining engineering, configuration management, and aftermarket support. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Canopy Aerospace & Defense, a portfolio company of Trive Capital Holdings, LLC, has acquired Aviotec S.r.l., a provider of design, manufacturing, integration, and testing of thermal-control hardware and electrical harnesses for satellites, spacecraft, defense, and cryogenic end markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Communication Power Companies, a portfolio company of Addison Capital Partners, has acquired GeoSync Microwave, Inc., a provider of low-noise amplifiers, block converters, converter modules, RF switching circuits, equalizers, synthesizers, filters, and related custom RF circuitry serving SATCOM, electronic warfare, airborne, and shipborne communications end markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
FDH Electronics, LLC, a subsidiary of Fastener Distribution Holdings, LLC, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has acquired Peerless Electronics, Inc., a provider of value-added electromechanical and electronic components for private sector and U.S. federal government aerospace, defense, industrial, medical, and transportation markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Tekever S.A. has acquired Flowcopter Ltd., a provider of hybrid, heavy-lift unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for private sector and international government aerospace and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
