M&A Transactions

American Systems Corp. has acquired Epsilon, Inc., a provider of managed Information Technology (“IT”) and cybersecurity solutions to private sector and U.S. Federal government defense, energy, and financial markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Capitol Meridian Partners and Stellex Capital Management, L.P. have agreed to acquire the Aerospace & Defense Survival Equipment Division of Survitec Group Ltd., a portfolio company of Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P. and provider of survival equipment for air, land, and sea forces within defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Enlightenment Capital and Razor's Edge Management, LLC have jointly acquired Expedition Technology, Inc., a developer of artificial intelligence-enabled Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (“C5ISR”) solutions for private sector and U.S. Federal government defense and intelligence markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Fairbanks Morse Defense, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has acquired Vestdavit A/S, a provider of davits and advanced boat-handling systems for commercial and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Precise Systems, Inc., a portfolio company of Bluestone Investment Partners, LLC, has acquired Mission Focused Systems, Inc., a provider of systems engineering, cybersecurity, and research, experimentation, and prototyping solutions to private sector and U.S. Federal government defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Safran Defense and Space, Inc., a subsidiary of Safran S.A. (ENXTPA: SAF), has acquired Attollo Engineering, LLC, a provider of shortwave infrared ("SWIR") and midwave infrared ("MWIR") imaging systems and laser sensing technologies for commercial aerospace, defense, space, and other commercial end markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
