AAR Corp. (NYSE: AIR) has acquired American Distributors Holding Co., LLC, provider of distribution of high-performance electronic components, as well as supply chain and manufacturing services, within aerospace, defense, and commercial markets. The transaction is valued at $146 million.
Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. has acquired Canyon Composites, Inc., provider of specialized composite and metallic structures, including radiator and structural panels, within commercial aerospace and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Northrim Horizon has acquired ACG Systems, Inc., a provider of systems integration and technical services for mission-critical wireless communication systems within private sector and U.S. federal government defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
