M&A Transactions

Cherokee Federal has agreed to acquire HigherEchelon Salesforce Practice, LLC, a provider of Salesforce solutions for digital modernization and IT transformation within the public sector and government agencies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. KippsDeSanto & Co. acted as financial advisor for HigherEchelon Salesforce Practice, LLC.

Firefly Aerospace, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLY) has agreed to acquire SciTec, Inc., a provider of remote sensing applications for private sector and U.S. federal government aerospace, defense, and missile defense markets. The transaction is valued at $855 million.

Hathiant, LLC has acquired SJ Technologies, Inc., a provider of cybersecurity, software and application development, IT modernization, DevSecOps, enterprise architecture and design solutions for private sector and U.S. federal government defense and financial markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Helsing GmbH has agreed to acquire Blue Ocean Monitoring Pty Ltd., a provider of autonomous underwater vehicles ("AUVs") and intelligent software solutions that enhance maritime surveillance, environmental monitoring, and subsea operations within commercial and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) has agreed to acquire Silveredge Government Solutions, LLC, a portfolio company of Godspeed Capital Management, and a provider of cybersecurity, software, and intelligence solutions to private sector and U.S. federal government defense and intelligence markets. The transaction is valued at $205 million. KippsDeSanto & Co. acted as financial advisor for Silveredge Government Solutions, LLC.

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired Group W, Inc., a provider of modeling and simulation and data-driven analytical insights to the DoD and national security programs. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Xcelerate Solutions, a portfolio company of McNally Capital, LLC, has acquired clearAvenue, LLC, a provider of secure software development, systems integration, AI/ML analytics, cloud & infrastructure solutions, and mission-critical technology services for private sector and U.S. federal government defense and logistics markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
