Karman Space & Defense (NYSE: KRMN) has acquired Industrial Solid Propulsion, a subsidiary of RCS Rocket Motor Components, Inc. and provider of specialty energetic propulsion technologies, including small boost motors and solid propellant gas generators, for Unmanned Aircraft Systems ("UAS"), UAS intercept, and rocket-assisted takeoff systems. The transaction is valued up to $60 million

Leidos Holdings, Inc. (NYSE : LDOS) has acquired Kudu Dynamics, LLC, a provider of offensive cybersecurity solutions, including automated targeting, scalable hardware reverse engineering, and the generation of other non-kinetic effects for U.S. government customers. The transaction is valued at approximately $300 million.

Motorola Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: MSI) has agreed to acquire Silvus Technologies, Inc., a portfolio company of The Jordan Company, L.P. and provider of Multiple-Input Multiple-Output ("MIMO") communication technology that transmits high fidelity video, voice, and data in harsh conditions. The transaction is valued up to $5 billion.

Rocket Lab USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: RKLB) has agreed to acquire GEOST, LLC, a subsidiary of LightRidge Solutions, portfolio company of ATL Partners, and provider of low size, weight, power, and cost electro-optical ("EO") sensors and sensor payloads, in addition to sensor processing, analysis, and ground infrastructure that enables full space system survivability and resiliency. The transaction is valued up to $325 million.
