M&A Transactions

Computacenter (LON: CCC) has agreed to acquire Government Acquisitions (“GAI”), a provider of advanced information technology (“IT”), cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence (“AI”) solutions for U.S. federal government defense, intelligence, healthcare, and civilian markets. The transaction is valued at $92 million.

DTC Communications, Inc., a subsidiary of Codan Ltd. (ASX: CDA), has agreed to acquire Adaptive Dynamics, Inc., a provider of anti-jamming and interference mitigation technologies for mission-critical communications and assured positioning navigation applications within defense markets. The transaction is valued up to $21 million.

FUSE, a subsidiary of Elbit Systems, Ltd. (TASE: ESLT), has acquired Blue White Robotics Ltd., a provider of AI-powered autonomous solutions for critical off-road applications within defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
