Draganfly, Inc. (NASDAQ: DPRO) has agreed to acquire the Drone Technology Business Skip Dynamix Corp., a provider of long-range, hyper-customizable, multi-purpose, hand-launchable, and fixed-wing Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems ("sUAS") within defense markets. The transaction is valued up to $7.53 million.
H.I.G. Capital has acquired International Aerospace Coatings L.P., a portfolio company of Tiger Infrastructure Partners LP and provider of aircraft painting and aviation services within commercial aerospace markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Mach Industries, Inc. has acquired Exquadrum, Inc., a provider of advanced propulsion and energetic systems within defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Parker Hannifin Corp. (NYSE: PH) has agreed to acquire the aerospace business of CIRCOR International, Inc., a portfolio company of KKR & Co. L.P. (NYSE: KKR) and provider of highly engineered and proprietary flight-critical motion and flow control products within commercial aerospace and defense markets. The transaction is valued at $2.55 billion.
