Airbus SE (XPAR: AIR) has agreed to acquire Select Industrial Assets of Spirit Aerosystems, Inc. (NYSE: SPR), a provider of production capabilities for various components, fuselage, pylons, and wings for Airbus's commercial aircraft programs. The transaction is valued at $439 million.
Heven Drones, Ltd. has acquired Zepher Flight Laboratories, Inc., a provider of vertical takeoff and landing ("VTOL") drone systems for private sector and U.S. federal government defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Mythics, LLC, a portfolio company of One Equity Partners, has acquired SmartERP Solutions, Inc., a provider of enterprise software and consulting services focused on implementing, optimizing, and supporting the Oracle technology ecosystem for the public and private sector.
Sky Peak Capital has acquired TRI-Star Plastics Corp., a provider of engineering, custom fabrication, and manufacturing of high-performance plastics and self-lubricating bearings materials for commercial, aerospace, and defense applications. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
VSE Corp. (NASDAQ: VSEC) has acquired Turbine Weld, Inc., a provider of high-value engine component maintenance, repair, and overhaul ("MRO") services with a specialization in hot section components for Pratt & Whitney Canada engines. The transaction is valued at $50 million.
VTG, a portfolio company of Alvarez and Marsal Capital, has acquired Triaplex, Inc., a provider of advanced radio frequency solutions for US federal government national security and intelligence markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
