("TSPi"), a provider of digital solutions using low-code / no-code, cloud-based platforms, modern data science, artificial intelligence ("AI"), and machine learning ("ML") methods for U.S. federal civilian markets, primarily the Agriculture Department. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Fincantieri S.p.A. (BIT: FCT) has agreed to acquire the Underwater Armaments Systems Business of Leonardo S.p.a. (BIT: LDO), a provider of underwater defense systems with specialization in torpedoes, countermeasures, sonars, and other integrated systems for military and civilian customers. The transaction is valued at $447 million.
Quantic Electronics, LLC, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, L.P., has acquired M Wave Design Corp., a provider of ferrite-based RF and Microwave components for aerospace, defense, and quantum computing markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
