M&A Transactions

Advanced Technology International has acquired the assets of The Common Pool, LLC, dba Carrot, a provider of design, development, and management of online contests and open-innovation initiatives for public and private sector markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

IonQ, Inc. (NYSE: IONQ) has agreed to acquire Capella Space Corp., a provider of imagery and a fleet of synthetic-aperture radar ("SAR") satellites for commercial and U.S. federal government customers. The transaction is valued at approximately $310 million.

VTG, a portfolio company of Alvarez and Marsal Capital, has acquired iota IT, LLC, a provider of software development, cloud migration, big data analytics, and integration for the Intelligence Community, other U.S. federal government customers, and the private sector. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

VTG, a portfolio company of Alvarez and Marsal Capital, has acquired Tunuva Technologies, Inc., a provider of custom IT and software solutions to the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and the U.S. Federal Government. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
