(NasdaqGS: AXON) has agreed to acquire Dedrone Holdings, Inc., a provider of counter-drone technologies designed to secure airspace against malicious drones and protect federal government and military infrastructure, data centers, airports, and correctional facilities. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
NB Capital Solutions has acquired a minority stake in Fastener Distribution Holdings, LLC, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity and provider of C-class components and aerospace fasteners for commercial, aerospace, and defense manufacturers, subcontractors, and distributors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Special Aerospace Services, LLC, a portfolio company of Godspeed Capital, has acquired Quintron Systems, Inc., a provider of communications technology solutions for aerospace, defense, and critical infrastructure markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
