Acron Technologies, a portfolio company of The Jordan Company, L.P., has acquired Sightline Intelligence, a portfolio company of Artemis Capital Partners and provider of image processing electronics and software products within defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
AMETEK, Inc. (NYSE: AME) has agreed to acquire First Aviation Services, Inc., a portfolio company of First Equity Group, Inc. and provider of aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul ("MRO") services and related proprietary components within commercial aerospace and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
York Space Systems (NYSE: YSS) has agreed to acquire All.Space, a provider of advanced satellite communications terminals and multi-network connectivity solutions within commercial aerospace, defense, and other commercial markets. The transaction is valued at $355 million.
