M&A Transactions

​Arlington Capital Partners has agreed to acquire Eptec Defence, a subsidiary of Eptec, a portfolio company of Next Capital Pty. Ltd., and provider of naval maintenance, repair, and overhaul ("MRO") and preservation services within defense markets. The transaction is valued at $106 million.

Chimney Rock Equity Partners has acquired United Electronics Company, a subsidiary of Arotech, a portfolio company of Albion River, and provider of a suite of radio frequency (“RF”), circuit card assembly, and power and connectivity solutions that generate, amplify, transmit, and receive power and signals for a diverse set of systems within commercial and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Ondas Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS) has agreed to acquire World View Enterprises, Inc., a provider of stratospheric Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance ("ISR") and remote sensing systems within commercial aerospace, defense, and other commercial markets. The transaction is valued at $150 million.

RedHawk Federal Solutions, LLC has acquired Twenty8 Technology, LLC, a provider of mission-focused systems engineering, digital transformation, and cyber-enabled IT services for private sector and U.S. federal government aerospace and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Shield AI, Inc. has agreed to acquire Aechelon Technology, Inc., a portfolio company of Sagewind Capital, and a provider of visual simulation image generators, associated geospecific visual and sensor databases, realistic 3D models, and integration services for private sector and U.S. federal government aerospace and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Velocity One, a portfolio company of Charlesbank Capital Partners, LLC, has acquired Falls Filtration Technologies, Inc., a provider of air filters, strainers, wash flow filters, fuel filters, replaceable filters, smoke eliminators, and filtration panels within commercial aerospace, defense, and other commercial markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
