GE Aerospace (NYSE: GE) has acquired Northstar Aerospace, a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. and provider of flight-critical and non-flight-critical parts, including gears and transmissions, accessory gearbox assemblies, rotorcraft drive systems, and other machined and fabricated parts for helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft, within military and commercial aircraft markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
