AURA AERO has agreed to acquire VoltAero SAS, a provider of hybrid-electric aircraft and propulsion systems within commercial aerospace markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) has agreed to acquire Ultra I&C Mission Solutions, a subsidiary of Cobham Ultra Group, a portfolio company of Advent International, and a provider of mission-critical software, edge-compute products, and encryption for U.S. National Security Customers. The transaction is valued at $720 million.
Bristow Group Inc. (NYSE: VTOL) has agreed to acquire Berry Aviation, Inc., a provider of end-to-end aviation solutions within defense and commercial end markets. The transaction is valued at $105 million. KippsDeSanto & Co. served as exclusive financial advisor to Berry Aviation.
Firefly Aerospace (NASDAQ: FLY) has agreed to acquire Space-ng Inc., a provider of AI-powered vision navigation and autonomous guidance systems within space markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
NP Aerospace Ltd. has agreed to acquire Iten Defense, LLC, a portfolio company of Edgewater Capital Partners, and provider of opaque and transparent armor products designed to protect customers from kinetic and blast threats within defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
