Cendry Capital has acquired Vital Engineered Components Company (VECCO), a portfolio company of American Industrial Acquisition Corp. and provider of aero-engine components within commercial aerospace and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Diehl Defence GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of Diehl, has agreed to acquire EST Energetics GmbH, a subsidiary of General Atomics and provider of military equipment disposal solutions within defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
EQT AB (STO: EQT) has agreed to acquire Exolaunch GmbH, a provider of mission management, satellite integration, and deployment technologies within space and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Forged Solutions, Inc., a portfolio company of J.F. Lehman & Company, LLC, has agreed to acquire Custom Alloy Corporation, a subsidiary of Trident Maritime Systems, Inc. and provider of manufactured forged components. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
GALT Aerospace, a portfolio company of Godspeed Capital Management, LP, has acquired North Star Scientific Corp., a provider of high-reliability communications, radar, and radio frequency ("RF") systems for command & control, electronic sensing, and airborne early warning & control ("AEW&C") applications within defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: GILT) has agreed to acquire the majority of the satellite and space communications segment of Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (NASDAQ: CMTL), a provider of mission-critical communications technologies within defense and commercial markets. The transaction is valued at $157.5 million.
ITT, Inc. (NYSE: ITT) has agreed to acquire Aerospace Contacts LLC, a portfolio company of JW Hill Capital and provider of highly engineered contact systems and interconnect components within commercial aerospace, defense, and other commercial markets. The transaction is valued at $31.0 million.
Lyntris, Inc., a portfolio company of Trive Capital Holdings, LLC, has acquired Novium, Ltd., a provider of high-precision motion systems within space and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Theon International, PLC (AMS: THEON) has agreed to acquire HGH Infrared Systems, a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CG) and provider of optoelectronics and infrared systems within defense and commercial markets. The transaction is valued at $344.1 million.
Woven Solutions, a portfolio company of Falfurrias Capital Partners, has acquired Insignis, a provider of systems engineering and software development solutions within U.S. federal government national security markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
