(NYSE: PAR), and provider of system development and software-based solutions such as networking, systems administration, information assurance, application programming, help desk operations, and information technical training for U.S. federal, state, and local government markets. The transaction is valued at $95 million.
Clarity Innovations LLC, a portfolio company of Capitol Meridian Partners (CMP), has acquired privately held Chameleon Consulting Group, LLC, a provider of cyberspace consultancy services intended for the full spectrum of technical and physical cyberspace and information operations such as software engineering, data analysis microservices application design and development, security and vulnerability research for U.S. federal government aerospace and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. (NasdaqGS: CTSH) has agreed to acquire Belcan, LLC, a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners, LP (AEI), and provider of engineering and support services for aerospace components, jet engines, electronics, heavy equipment in aerospace and pharmaceutical markets. The transaction is valued at $1.3 billion.
Merlin Labs, Inc. has agreed to acquire Episys Science, Inc., a provider of autonomous flight technologies focused on multi-unmanned aerial vehicle ("UAV") control for defense, aerospace, and commercial markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Michael Baker International, LLC, a portfolio company of DC Capital Partners, LLC, has acquired MLU Services, Inc, a provider of national disaster response and logistics specializing in rapid temporary housing solutions for private sector and U.S. federal government emergency response markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
NP Aerospace Ltd. has acquired Jankel Armouring Ltd., a provider of armored and tactical vehicles and survivability systems to improve effectiveness and protection across private sector, U.S. federal, and international government defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

(NasdaqCM: RCAT) has agreed to acquire Flightwave Aerospace Systems Corp., a provider of vertical takeoff and landing drone, sensor, and software solutions designed to boost the range and endurance of aerospace vehicles across aerospace and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
VTG, a portfolio company of Alvarez & Marsal Capital, has acquired Clear Cloud LLC, a provider of software, cloud, and data engineering solutions and services to private sector and U.S. federal government intelligence markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
