M&A Transactions

Amphenol Corp. (NYSE: APH) has acquired Narda AcquisitionCo., Inc. ("Narda-MITEQ"), a portfolio company of J.F. Lehman & Co. and provider of advanced radiofrequency (“RF”) and microwave components and subsystems for defense and commercial end markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. KippsDeSanto & Co. acted as financial advisor for Narda-MITEQ.

Applied Information Sciences, a portfolio company of Blue Delta Capital Partners, has acquired Dorrean, LLC, a provider of analytics and mission support services for U.S. national security and law enforcement markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Government CIO, LLC, a portfolio company of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, has agreed to acquire SoldierPoint Digital Health, LLC, a subsidiary of Iron Bow Technologies and provider of digital health solutions supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

HEICO Corporation (NYSE: HEI) has acquired Gables Engineering, Inc., a provider of advanced avionics controls, including navigation, audio, surveillance, and communication panels for a wide range of aircraft across commercial aerospace markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

MSM Group s.r.o., a subsidiary of Czechoslovak Group a.s., has agreed to acquire ZVI a.s., a subsidiary of MPI Group s.r.o. and provider of medium-caliber ammunition, pyrotechnic systems, and weapon systems for international government defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
