BTS Software Solutions, LLC, a portfolio company of Blue Delta Capital Partners, has acquired Augury, LLC, a provider of full-stack mission applications, FPGA development, and advanced engineering solutions for the U.S. Intelligence Community and Department of War. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Karman Space & Defense (NYSE: KRMN), a portfolio company of Trive Capital Holdings, LLC, has agreed to acquire Walker Precision Engineering Ltd., a provider of integrated engineering, precision machining, electroplating, and electromechanical assemblies for missile seekers, guidance systems, and control systems within commercial aerospace, defense, and space markets. The transaction is valued at $94 million.
