(NASDAQ: ATRO) has acquired Envoy Aerospace, LLC, a provider of aircraft certification services intended to support aviation design modifications and regulatory approvals, specializing in Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA") Supplemental Type Certificates ("STC") for aerospace and defense markets. The transaction is valued at $8 million.
Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), through its corporate venture capital arm, Booz Allen Ventures, has made a strategic investment in Corsha, Inc., a provider of secure communication across operational systems and critical infrastructure to defend against emerging cyber threats. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Diatom Capital has acquired Midwest Aero Support, Inc., a provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (“MRO”) services for aircraft structures, pneumatics, and interior components in private sector and U.S. federal government aerospace and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Liberty Hall Capital Partners, L.P. has acquired Paxia, a portfolio company of TELEO Capital Management, LLC and provider of integrated, value enhancing onboard services and catering management software solutions serving commercial aerospace markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Moog, Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A) has acquired COTSWORKS, Inc., a provider of rugged fiber-optic transceiver components and subsystems for private sector and U.S. federal government aerospace and defense markets. The transaction is valued at $63 million.
Saalex Corp. has acquired Greenfield Engineering Corp., a provider of embedded real-time software development, configuration management, and program management support for the U.S. Navy. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
