Leidos Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: LDOS) has agreed to acquire Entrust Solutions Group, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Co., and a provider of comprehensive engineering, consulting, automation, and infrastructure solutions for private sector utility, energy, and industrial markets. The transaction is valued at $2.4 billion.
Reveal Technology, Inc. has acquired Anomaly 6 LLC, a provider of digital terrain awareness and geolocation solutions for private sector and U.S. Federal government aerospace and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
VSE Corporation (NYSE: VSEC) has agreed to acquire Precision Aviation Group, Inc., a portfolio company of GenNx360 Capital Partners, L.P. and provider of aviation Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (“MRO”) services, distribution, and supply chain solutions within commercial aerospace and defense markets. The transaction is valued up to $2.2 billion.
