Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. KippsDeSanto & Co. served as exclusive financial advisor to Sev1Tech, LLC.
Velocity One, a portfolio company of Charlesbank Capital Partners, LLC, has acquired Kaney Aerospace, Inc., a provider of electromechanical actuation, motion control, and advanced power solutions within commercial aerospace, defense, and other commercial markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Woven Solutions, a portfolio company of Falfurrias Capital Partners, has acquired Valence, a provider of mission planning, operational technology integration, and strategic communications for the intelligence community. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
