TriMas Corp (NASDAQ: TRS) has acquired the Aerospace Business of GMT Gummi-Metall-Technik GmbH, a provider of a wide range of tie-rods and rubber-metal anti-vibration systems for commercial and military aerospace applications. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
