(NAS: VRSK) and provider of environmental consulting and research services dedicated to advancing the scientific understanding of the atmosphere, ocean, and space environment for private sector and U.S. federal government aerospace, defense, and environmental markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Stonepeak has agreed to acquire Forgital Italy S.p.A., a portfolio company of the Carlyle Group and provider of custom-rolled rings for the private sector and international government aerospace, construction, mining, oil, and power generation markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
