M&A Transactions

Hottinger BrÜEl & Kjaer Gmbh, a subsidiary of Spectris Ltd. and portfolio company of KKR & Co. Inc. (NYSE: KKR) has agreed to acquire Sentech, Inc., a portfolio company of Astor Place Holdings, a provider of standard and custom-engineered precision position and speed sensors for mission-critical components within power generation, aerospace and defense, space, and high-performance industrial markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Highwater, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired Taylor Bros Marine Pty Ltd., a provider of end-to-end design, engineering, prefabrication, and installation for complex marine habitability modules across Australia. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

McNally Capital, LLC has acquired TENICA Global Solutions, a provider of integrated engineering, mission operations, cybersecurity, and digital modernization solutions for the U.S. federal government, defense, intelligence, and space exploration markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

MetroStar Systems, LLC, a portfolio company of Veritas Capital, has agreed to acquire Steampunk, Inc., a provider of human-centered design, DevSecOps, digital platforms, cybersecurity, and data exploitation solutions to U.S. federal civilian, defense, healthcare, and homeland security agencies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
