Inspirit Equity, LLC has acquired the Operations and Maintenance division of Valiant Integrated Services, LLC, a portfolio company of The GC Companies, LLC and a provider of operations, maintenance, and logistics services to U.S. government hospitals, medical facilities, research laboratories, and other critical infrastructure platforms. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
