M&A Transactions

Amphenol Corp. (NYSE: APH) has agreed to acquire Trexon, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity and provider of specialty connectivity and high-reliability interconnect and cable assemblies for commercial and U.S. federal government defense markets. The transaction is valued at $1 billion.

BTX Precision, a portfolio company of L Squared Capital Partners, LLC, has acquired High Tech Solutions, LLC, a provider of precision aerospace components serving aerospace and space markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Carco - Precision Rubber Products S.p.A. has agreed to acquire the Elgin, Illinois Aerospace Operations of SKF Group AB (STO: SKF-B), a provider of precision elastomeric devices ("PEDs") for aerospace markets. The transaction is valued at $70 million.

Comply365, LLC, a portfolio company of Liberty Hall Capital Partners, L.P., has acquired Beams Technology GmbH, a provider of artificial intelligence solutions for safety risk management within aerospace markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Cryptic Vector, a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital, has acquired Caesar Creek Software, a provider of offensive cyber research and development services for the Intelligence Community and the U.S. Department of Defense. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Pasteur Labs has acquired Fosai, a provider of space systems and autonomy solutions for aerospace and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Pursuit Aerospace, a portfolio company of Greenbriar Equity Group, L.P. and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice LLC, has acquired Aeromet International Ltd., a portfolio company of Privet Capital and provider of light-weight, complex-geometry, cast aluminum and magnesium components for commercial aerospace and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Rockwood Equity Partners, LLC has acquired ZERO Manufacturing, a subsidiary of CE Star Holdings and provider of aluminum and molded plastic protective cases, enclosures, components, and sub-assemblies for commercial aerospace and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Saab AB (STO: SAAB-B) has acquired Deform AB, a provider of hot and cold forming of various types of metallic materials for pressure vessels, protection, heavy fabrication, and heavy equipment applications within commercial and defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The One 23 Group, a portfolio company of Willow Creek Partners, has acquired Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc., a provider of mission information technology (“IT”) and cybersecurity services to U.S. federal government agencies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
