KippsDesanto & Co is pleased to share its 2023 annual survey of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity and sentiment in the Aerospace/Defense, Technology and Government Service sectors.
Our respondents are going into 2023 with predictions of lower valuations and the belief that M&A activity will contract; however, despite those predictions, they are remaining resilient as they anticipate doing the same amount or more deals than the previous year.
