Yash Parikh is a Vice President at KippsDeSanto, managing client engagements and investment banking transaction execution across aerospace, defense, government technology solutions and enterprise technology.

His experience includes advising founder-led businesses, privately held companies and financial sponsors on sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A), sponsor-backed platform expansions, corporate divestitures and private equity portfolio exits.

Prior to joining KippsDeSanto, Parikh was an Associate at G Squared Capital Partners, a boutique investment bank, where he focused on executing M&A transactions across defense and government services. He received an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, an M.S. from Bayes Business School, City University of London and a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
