Our Team

Mr. Ferguson is an Associate at KippsDeSanto & Co., supporting the firm’s client engagement, transaction execution activities. Additional responsibilities include industry and financial analysis and market research.

Prior to joining the KippsDeSanto team, Mr. Ferguson spent two years at Citigroup in NYC as an associate with the Investment Banking group covering Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets, and Debt Capital Markets for large-scale companies. Before working at Citigroup, Taylor spent seven years as an Infantry Captain in the U.S. Army serving domestically and overseas.

Mr. Ferguson received his MBA from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and his B.S. degree in Healthcare Administration from James Madison University.
