An invitation only, senior executive only, Battle of the Bands
On February 2nd, 2012, KippsDeSanto & Co. presented its inaugural The Community’s Got Talent (TCGT), an invitation only, senior executive only, battle of the bands to benefit The CIA Officers Memorial Foundation (CIAOMF) and The Special Operations Warrior Foundation(SOWF). Attended by over 560 senior executives, the event was an engaging night out for members of our Intelligence and Special Operations Forces Communities, which raised more than $200,000 in donations.
Immediately following the battle of the bands, Dan Aykroyd, and Steely Dan founding member, Skunk Baxter, performed a "Blues Brothers Lite" set, highlighted by the on stage accompaniment of Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.
We are currently planning TCGT 2013. We hope to raise even more money for our deserving charities. Contact Pack Fancher at pfancher@kippsdesanto.com for more information.
Charities
CIA Officers Memorial Foundation
The Foundation was established in December 2001 to provide educational support to the children of CIA officers killed in the line of duty. In May 2006, the Foundation’s Board of Directors voted to expand its mission to include providing educational support to the spouses of CIA officers killed in the line of duty, and the children and spouses of officers who die on active duty as a result of accident, illness or other causes. The Foundation will consider providing other types of support based on specific circumstances and the availability of funds.
The CIA Officers Memorial Foundation was created by a group of concerned Americans who wished to assist the survivors and dependents of CIA officers who died in the line of duty. These survivors and dependents deserve the support of their fellow Americans because of the supreme sacrifice made by their loved ones in defending the freedoms cherished by all Americans.

Special Operations Warrior Foundation
The Special Operations Warrior Foundation is a top-rated nonprofit organization that supports the military’s special operations forces and their families through three programs:
1. College Scholarships for the surviving children of fallen Special Operations Forces
2. Family Services, including educational counseling
3. Wounded Special Operations Forces Support
