I was curious at your omission regarding products/people... seems that without a strong value proposition/recruiting engine for bringing in talent (services focused) or unique, scaleable technologies (products)  it wouldn&#039;t matter how well you understand the threat, prime road maps or make investment.  Or maybe that&#039;s just so obvious it&#039;s a given. 

I&#039;d add automation to your list of critical technology areas... there&#039;s a lot of cool work out there, but it requires the person in the loop. Intelligent automation enables the deployment of revolutionary technologies without requiring each organization to hire a cyber-genius (which doesn&#039;t scale).</description>
