Robert D. Kipps and Kevin P. DeSanto were formerly investment bankers at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin. Mr. Kipps was a Managing Director and leader of its Aerospace • Defense • Government Group. Mr. DeSanto was a Senior Vice President in the group. Together, they have 20 years plus of experience in investment banking and have advised on over 30 IT, Communications, Defense & Government Contracting transactions – totaling more than $3 billion in value within the past six years alone.   Mr. Kipps was recently named “Dealmaker of the Year” by the Association for Corporate Growth’s National Capital Chapter. He serves on the boards of several companies and is a member of University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce Advisory Board.   Mr. Kipps and Mr. DeSanto are frequent speakers and are often quoted in major publications, such as The Washington Post, USA Today, Washington Technology, Buyouts, and The Washington Times.
